Prior to your appointment, medical history and consent forms will be sent to the email address on file. Please fill these out before your appointment, or plan to arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment in order to complete the forms. We ask you to give an 8-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list or to adjust their schedule accordingly. Any late cancellations/no-show services are subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service scheduled.
We have a great medical director who completes all virtual medical clearances and answers any questions you may have. Several locations have Nurse Practitioners on site.

The optimal frequency of visits for each modality can vary depending on the specific treatment, desired results, and individual factors. This will be discussed at your first visit.
There is a 3-month commitment when signing up for a membership.
We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we are partnered with Cherry Financial who can provide payment plan assistance. This will be a soft credit check and will not affect your credit score. FSA/HSA may be used on most medical services.
Our staff is made up of highly trained Registered Nurses, Estheticians, Client Specialists, and General Managers.
All memberships require an initial 3-month commitment and automatically renew on a month-to-month basis thereafter. To cancel after the initial term, a 30-day written notice is required. One final payment will be processed, following the notice, before the membership is officially terminated.
