The Covery was founded in early 2021 after recognizing the growing health challenges highlighted during the pandemic and the rising demand for recovery modalities such as red light therapy, cryotherapy, and heat therapy. We identified a major opportunity in recovery and health optimization and set out to shift the focus from standardized wellness to individualized performance, recovery, and long-term health optimization.
The COVID-19 pandemic underscored the pervasive stressors of daily life. We understood that prioritizing self-care is essential for optimal performance in any endeavor. Transitioning from a recovery-centric approach, The Covery emerged as a beacon of self-care and rejuvenation — understanding the interconnectedness of aesthetics, health, and restorative therapies.
We expanded our mission to focus on total health optimization—bringing together hormone therapy, medical weight loss, aesthetics, recovery, and wellness services under one thoughtfully designed brand experience. As demand grew, our franchise model began to take shape, allowing The Covery experience to expand into new cities and communities nationwide.
In 2026, The Covery evolved from The Covery Wellness Spa into The Covery | Health, reflecting our continued shift toward medically focused health optimization and longevity. With 12 open locations and many more on the way, The Covery continues expanding its network of physician-led health centers nationwide. Through this growth, we remain grounded in the same belief that started it all: when you invest in your health, you elevate your ability to perform, grow, and succeed in every aspect of life.
